### **TRADES**5k

Our TRADES5k event brings together the trades community, students, and families for a day that goes beyond the build. Run, walk, connect, and stand alongside others who share the same work ethic and pride in the trades.

**OUR FOUNDER**

### Rich Arndorfer: Leading with an Uncompromised Standard

For more than 25 years, Rich Arndorfer has led with relentless work and disciplined execution. The vision behind Arndorfer wasn’t built overnight, it was forged through long days, hard seasons, and a conviction that anything is possible when you refuse to lower the standard. He understands that his team is the brand. That’s why he has surrounded himself with people who show up every day to build more than luxury homes, they build culture, elevate the trades, strengthen community, and uphold the standard defined by faith, grit, and responsibility.
