Twenty-five years later, that same standard continues to drive the company forward through a shared work ethic and values across the team. ![renovation-construction-hartland-aerial-SB-2-1](https://arndorfer.com/hs-fs/hubfs/renovation-construction-hartland-aerial-SB-2-1.jpg?width=400&height=400&name=renovation-construction-hartland-aerial-SB-2-1.jpg) [STONE BANK](https://arndorfer.com/stone-bank?hsLang=en) ![summit-ridge-800](https://arndorfer.com/hs-fs/hubfs/summit-ridge-800.jpg?width=800&height=800&name=summit-ridge-800.jpg) [SUMMIT RIDGE](https://arndorfer.com/new-construction-slinger-wi?hsLang=en) ![custom-lake-home-construction-chenequa-2](https://arndorfer.com/hs-fs/hubfs/custom-lake-home-construction-chenequa-2.jpg?width=400&height=400&name=custom-lake-home-construction-chenequa-2.jpg) [OAK HILL](https://arndorfer.com/custom-remodel-merton?hsLang=en) ![craftsman-collin](https://arndorfer.com/hs-fs/hubfs/craftsman-collin.jpg?width=800&height=500&name=craftsman-collin.jpg "craftsman-collin") The Arndorfer Mindset [Arndorfer craftsmen](https://arndorfer.com/team?hsLang=en) show up consistently with a sharp focus on detail and a respect for the build. The team carries that standard into every phase, from framing to exterior and finish carpentry, with the understanding that their work sets the tone for the entire build. This mindset has been shaped over time through steady, hands-on leadership and a foundation rooted in faith and responsibility. These shared values show up in how the team communicates and takes ownership of the outcome. When plans evolve, the team adapts without hesitation, adjusting the work to meet each client’s exact specifications. The work is done at a level of consistency that keeps the job moving. ![mike-arndorfer-construction](https://arndorfer.com/hs-fs/hubfs/mike-arndorfer-construction.jpg?width=800&height=500&name=mike-arndorfer-construction.jpg "mike-arndorfer-construction") Elevating the Carpentry  Industry Elevating the industry starts with the people doing the work. This trade demands strength, both physical and mental, and a team that shows up ready to perform. At Arndorfer, that standard is carried through teamwork and accountability. Those same values carry beyond the jobsite. Through our [YouTube series](https://www.youtube.com/@TeamArndorfer), our goal is to show what a career in the trades can bring. Strong crews, high standards, exciting and complex projects, and a team that takes responsibility for the work and for each other. It's about raising the bar for how the job gets done and how the trade is represented.
