Arndorfer Custom Homes was founded by Rich Arndorfer and Pat Hietpas to build homes that stand apart from the ordinary. Designed for clients who value detail and originality, each home reflects a commitment to thoughtful planning and exceptional execution.

Backed by the strength and leadership of the Arndorfer organization, the team brings together experienced craftsmen, hands-on project leadership, and a shared pride in the work. The result is distinctive homes defined not only by design and precision, but by the character, collaboration, and standards of the team behind every build.
