Since founding Arndorfer Construction, Rich has built a strong reputation throughout southeast Wisconsin’s Lake Country. His hands-on expertise reflects the high standards clients expect from the Arndorfer organization.
Rich's homebuilding journey began at the age of 12, roofing alongside his grandfather and quickly advancing into custom home framing—many of them complex, rafter-framed lakefront homes that require technical mastery and precision from the start.
His entrepreneurial drive and dedication to building at the highest level shaped 25-plus years of success in luxury residential construction.
Rich also serves as the CEO of Arndorfer Custom Homes alongside his business partner, Pat Hietpas.
